june 14 - first day. kumalat sa kalay na walang pasok (pero meron pala). naisipan kong humabol sa math 14 class ko (20 mins walk from kalay) kahit na 30 mins late na ko. nakita ko pa si floro sa may waiting shed at sabay kaming naglakad sa math building. pagdating ko don, wala naman palka kaming klase, pero si floro, meron. nung hapon, welcome assembly for freshmen. tsk, nagkaproblema na naman ako dahil sa lecheng dost na iyan. walang nakatatak na block ko sa likod ng form 5 ko so kailangan ko pang pumila sa super habang line + nakabilad sa araw. shet. nahiwalay pa tuloy ako sa mga kasama ko. after non, pumasok na ko sa loob, at nagtaka na din na sa bawat pumapasok e may dalang plastic bag na may lamang C2 atbp. kainggit tuloy, pero sa haba ng pinila ko ay di ko na pinahaba pa ang curiosity ko sa takaw-mata experience na iyon. nakita ko si debbie (tinawag nya ko) kaso, ang daming tao, hindi ako makapunta sa kinauupuan nila. so naisipan kong pumunta sa may dulo pa at nakita ko naman don si jd. naupo kami sa tabi ng camera man at naghintay ng mga susunod na pangyayari. napakaganda ng mga intermission numbers, grabe. mga professional entertainers yata ang mga yun. pinakawalang kwenta lang siguro e yung mga break dancers na hindi ko nadama ang essence ng kanilang mga back breaker moves. at the best naman ang ginawa ng up repertoire sa kanilang skit na almost 20 mins yata. sobrang nakakatawa talaga and dun ko lang din nadiscover na effective pala ang voice over scheme sa mga plays. before pa man matapos ang program, nang magsisimula ng magsalita si student regent terry ridon para sa kanyang speech (note: si sr ridon ang pinakaaktibistang tao sa up) ay biglang namatay ang kanyang microphone. bastusin ang tema ng eksenang ito. hindi na pinagkaabalahan pang ayusin ang mic at bigla na lang tumugtog ang rotc band ng up naming mahal. shet, kaw nga ba naman ang ganunin e magwawala ka talaga. at bigla na ring nawala ang mga up officials sa stage kasabay ang pagiging epileptic ni terry. nanginginig pa sya habang isinisigaw na pinipigilan daw magsalita ang mga taga-up. kasunod noon ang mga pro sa kanya na may matching banners and flags pa ng anakbayan. ayun, ayoko ng sundan pa ang kwento tungkol sa knila, basta napaka-chaotic noon. after noon ay ang block assembly naman. hinanap ko sa labas ng up theater ang mga block handler ko at nagpunta na kami sa venue ng activity na yon. kaya may block assembly e para makilala mo yung mga kablock mo, etc. mawawala ba naman ang parlor games. pero ang games naman dun ay kakaiba, kung iisipin mo ng mabuti, makakadaya ka naman pala :D … at natapos ang first day ko sa pakikipag-tongits kila peter at lambert. room. Take whatever action you feel is apropriate. Be prepared to
justify your decisions.

10. ECONOMICS
Develop a realistic plan for refinancing the national debt. Trace the possible effects of your plan in the following areas:

Outline
